Purchaser agrees under no circumstances will the kittens be resold, leased or given away to any pet shop or laboratory or similar facility.
The kitten will be housed indoors and not allowed outdoors to roam and will be treated with attention, kindness, and love.
The kitten is being purchased as a:

If purchased at a pet quality price, purchaser agrees to have pet spayed/neutered by 8 months of age. Purchaser will not receive registration until proof of kitten being spayed/neutered is provided by a licensed veterinarian..by 8 months of age.. Their are no exceptions..
Buyer agrees to vaccinate kitten when boosters are due and for the life of the cat and should the cat require veterinary treatment, cat will be taken to veterinarian immediately.
Buyer reserves the right to have the kitten/cat examined by his/her own veterinarian within 3 days of the date of sale,to verify the kittens/cats health..
Seller will not be held responsible for any veterinarian bills once kitten leaves with the purchaser. All kitten sales are final and deposits are non refundable. If kitten is found by a veterinarian to have any hereditary condition which is fatal,buyer will notify the seller in 24 hours , and may return the kitten,accompanied by a signed statement from a licensed veterinarian or in the case of death,with an autopsy report from a licensed veterinarian.. The seller guarantees to replace the kitten with a kitten of equal value and quality as soon as available. There will be no cash refunds.Seller is not responsible for veterinary costs incurred...
Buyer and seller agree that the health guarantee will be voided if the kitten is vaccinated for feline leukemia
The kittens have been tested negative for feline leukemia and aids ,kitten is also free from internal and external parasites...
Kittens must not be used for stud breeding unless prior written permission is obtained from breeder.
